Overnight Express to New York? No problem at all. Support with the design? With VON JUNGFELD we publish over 60 new sock designs per year which are sold at over 650 points of sale. We are also at your side with advice and support.

We are always happy to see the finished product on the foot. Customysocks pairs have already accompanied trade fairs or events as giveaways, brought new employees on board or made the staff happy for anniversaries, birthdays or Christmas. Especially in times of a pandemic, our socks are also often added to a motivating, completely individual home office package.

What could be cooler than socks in the CI of your company/club/association?


We always like to be surprised: Private individuals can also customise and order socks from us: as a guest gift, for example. There are no limits to the occasions you can choose from!

Depending on whether we use stock items and individualise the packaging or whether we knit, embroider or print a completely customised sock, delivery to you after production approval takes between 4 days and 8 weeks.



With a network of different producers, we have already made many an express order possible and one thing is clear: if we promise a deadline, we keep it. That's why you're welcome to contact us if you need your socks faster. We always do our best to meet your wishes! You can rely on us 100%.

This depends on the type of customisation: Finishing of stock items such as embroidery is already possible from 100 pairs - this is the cheapest option. A custom knitted sock is possible in a simplified process and with an extra charge from 100 pairs. In any case, we always advise you to have your own sock knitted: This is our core business! You can individualise the sock with stitch precision, have it dyed in your CI company colours and the design is larger and of higher quality than with embroidery.



A good price/performance ratio is achieved with a knitted sock from at least 800 pairs.

Yes, this is possible.

It is important to know that there is a separate textile pantone for dyeing yarns, which differs from the paper pantone (C and U) that is usually used to categorise logo and company colours. If we dye according to textile pantones, there will always be slight differences to the paper pantone simply because of the natural material cotton. The minimum order quantity and the delivery time are also significantly higher or longer.



But don't worry: 95% of our customers are more than satisfied with our really broad portfolio of available stock colours and do not have extra dyeing done. We always find a tone here that is confusingly similar to the paper pantone.

You don't have to select packaging if you don't want to. Please note that the socks will not have a size label and pairs will be folded loosely. Therefore, we always recommend booking one of our packaging solutions. The packaging can be completely customised: from your font and size, to your logo and corporate identity colours, we can also present your individually designed socks in the appropriate high-quality packaging. This makes giving presents much more fun, doesn't it?

Although it may not seem like it, socks are quite a complex product with some pitfalls in the design process, which we are happy to discuss with you in advance to avoid unnecessary extra work.

You already have a finished design? All the better! We will then only discuss the concrete implementation with you and start the production.

In principle, we are happy to provide you with a physical production sample.
Since this already incurs some costs for us, we will charge you €200 for the sample.



But often there is no need for a sock sample at all. About 80% of our customers give their approval based on a digital stitch pattern where you can see exactly what your sock will look like.

Depending on the quantity purchased, the size key will of course also vary. For smaller quantities, we recommend our standard size 38-45. However, if the quantity allows it, we recommend dividing them into half women's sizes (36-40) and half men's sizes (41-46) - depending on the occasion and your wishes. Prices may vary accordingly.

For standard shipping within Germany (i.e. excluding express), we offer free shipping. If you would like us to send the socks directly to your customers or employees, we will be happy to do so for an additional charge. Shipping abroad is always subject to a charge. We always give you all individual information on request.
